It's so small that it won't even fit over my head. More like a sweatband. It won't even fit over my very petite 8 yr olds head. It MIGHT fit an infant. But I even doubt that. Could be used as a headband.

it's cheaply made and looks like a tube top for an 8 year old, not a scarf. so tight if I were to put it around my neck it would choke me. and the free gift it supposedly comes with is nonexistent. They also swear I ordered it in grey when in reality I asked for black.
